Meet Kylie & Laura
Two women who believed female F1 fans deserved more. More than just a race ticket. More than a corporate package. More than going it alone. A week-long experience built around luxury, friendship and celebrating the women who love this sport. So we created it.
Kylie
I grew up in a motorsport household. My dad raced cars before I was born, and from as far back as I can remember F1 was always on in our house. Staying up late to watch races was a completely legitimate reason to negotiate past bedtime. In Melbourne that made us slightly unusual. No AFL in our house. Just motorsport, every formula, every category, every weekend.
When I got older and moved out I drifted away from it a little. But about ten years ago I fell back in love with the sport, spending Sundays and Mondays watching races with my dad during a difficult time in his life. He passed away last year. Those hours watching together, sometimes just sitting side by side when words weren't possible, are some of my most treasured memories. F1 gave us that.
That's why this isn't just a business to me. This sport means something. And sharing it with other women who feel the same way is genuinely the best part of what we do.

My path into F1 looks familiar to a lot of women. I fell down the rabbit hole through Drive to Survive, the way so many of us did. One episode, then another, then suddenly you know every driver's backstory, you have opinions about team principals, and you haven't missed a race in six years. That feeling of discovering something you didn't know you'd been missing your whole life? I know it well.
Kylie and I bonded over our shared F1 obsession and somewhere between dissecting race strategy and planning the trips we wished existed, Beyond the Circuit was born.
I spent over a decade as an international wedding and events planner, building my career on making extraordinary things happen seamlessly for people on the most important days of their lives. I bring that same precision, warmth and obsession with getting every detail right to every single BTCE trip. Nothing is left to chance. Everything is considered. Creating those moments for women who love racing, that’s exactly what I’m here for.
